SAP CCTR Administrator
A blue chip client of mine is currently seeking for a SAP CTTR Administrator to work on a 6 month+ contract in Denmark.
As a SAP CTTR Administrator, you will be required to manage, administer and enhance the next generation contact centre solutions for their customers.
As a SAP CCTTR Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Installing, Implementing and administrating
- Service lead up through different teams (Matrix management)
As a SAP CTTR Administrator, you will have to have experience within the following:
- Deploying SAP CCTR components and application
- Hands on VMWare/Citirix client virtualization
- Hands on experience
- Ability to handle MS SQL data base queries and database administration
