Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP FI CO Team lead consultant for a 12 month role based in Brussels.
This role requires Dutch or French speaker.
Scope:
He/She coordinates the actions of the different Application leaders under its responsibility. He/She is responsible and accountable on service delivery functions and projects for its applications' group. He/She will have direct interaction with Domain Leaders.
Required Skills:
FICO ( 5-7 years experience with client management skills)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing Service Delivery in One Team mode on his/her Applications' group.
- Has complete visibility for the team involvement on different actions.
- Interacts and co-ordinates with IT Domain Leaders.
- Coordinates with SDMs for service delivery of its applications' group on a regular basis
- Coordinates with SDM for Escalations
- Responsible for needed reporting to be done
- First point of escalation on Service delivery as per escalation process
- Responsible of the Capacity planning on Service Delivery and Projects, for its applications' group
- Takes executive decision to arbitrate between PMs and Application Leaders if required
- Leads with Daily and Weekly co-ordination meetings with Application Leaders and initiate any action if needed
- Manages the Demand Portfolio for the applications' group with the client inline with Capacity Planning
- Getting more visibility on current workload
- Increases level of activity in the portfolio (Getting additional business)
