CORE TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
Programming in Java: Experience in Java development using Frameworks (Spring, OSGI), communication (TCP/UDP), Back and Front End development, security libraries (Bouncy Castle), Fault tolerance and clustering. Minimum 3-5 years of related experience designing and developing code in Java.
Programming in C, C++ Embedded: Designing and developing cross-platform code in C and C++ (Linux, Windows, Mac, Arduino). Minimum of 3-5 years related experience
Programming in C#: Designing, developing and extending user interface written in C#. Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.
Functional Specification Writer: Experience with writing, editing, and coordinating detail design specifications to reflect architecture and project requirements. Experience with evaluating implementation against the specifications to avoid discrepancies, redundancies, errors and omissions. Experience providing recommendations on standards and procedures related to specifications. Experience participating in quality assurance reviews. Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience.
GENERAL TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
Proven record of performance-, security- and stability-oriented software development
Able to effectively isolate and debug software issues (for developers)
Familiar with common applicable development tool suite (eg Jenkins, Maven, gcc, gd, make, TeamCity etc.)
Use of good coding practices (coding standards, design patterns, testing, documentation, version control, continious integration, ...)
SOFT SKILLS
Results-driven, passionate about his/her work and work quality
Strong written and oral communication skills (in English)
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative manner as part of a potentially geographically diverse team
Ability to engage with third parties to develop new solutions and products
DESIRED SKILLS
Bachelor degree in Software, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
Experience of the following is a plus - Embedded development or robotics (ROS), Security (OpenSSL, crypto API), Boost Library, Communication (Networking, I2C, CANBus, Serial), Image & Video processing, Ultra Fault Tolerance
Experience in secure development and architecture is a plus
Working knowledge of electronics and/or Drones is a plus
Willing to travel
