Scrum Master - Agile - CMS - Financial Services
I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master to work for a large Insurance organisation based in Norwich.
Scrum Master (API)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months
Location: Norwich
Rate: £Market Rates
The successful Scrum Master should have experience of enterprise CMS tools although AEM specific experience is not essential. They will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with a solid understanding of Agile values and principles. A good knowledge of Scrum is essential and Scrum certification and Jira experience is preferable.
The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the day to day running of an Agile team and ensuring that progress is visible to all key stakeholders. They ensure that the team functions as effectively as possible and protects the team from external impacts. This is a facilitative leadership role, and the role holder should seek to promote self-organisation within the team, and work collaboratively with team members to optimise its output and achieve the defined Sprint and delivery goals rather than acting as an authority and coordinator.
Skills & Experience required:
Extensive experience of working with in Agile Frameworks
Certified Scrum Master
Previously worked with in Financial Services/Insurance
