Description

Senior Change Management - Sharepoint Change Management and training development needed for large scale Sharepoint 2013 deployment including experience with building and converting Sharepoint sites,building Intranet sites on a Sharepoint platform, and designing training curriculum to support a Sharepoint deployment.

This is assisting with the people side of the change and assisting end users with designing,building and maintaining their sites. Position is focusing as a dedicated resource and expert on SharePoint - not training. Position Summary: This position will be responsible for providing project leadership in the areas of change management, training, communications and end user adoption support for implementation of an enterprise Patient Access, Scheduling and Patient Financials project. This includes preparing and implementing tactical and strategic plans. Performs complex data analysis functions, leading informatics in regards to end user adoption of technology. Conducts needs assessments and makes recommendations based on change management best practices to improve end user adoption of technology and workflow changes. Leads current state assessment and future state design sessions. This position is also responsible for leading the efforts of the creation of end user training documentation and delivery of training sessions.

Duties:

Communications and Informatics- 25%
Takes initiative to master the scheduling and protocols systems in order to represent the project to key communities, independently answering questions and triaging issues.
Produces presentations and coaches sponsors from all levels of the organization to support changes needed to ensure project success.
Leads event planning as it pertains to change awareness initiatives.
Creates and facilitates communication strategies to key communities which include executive leadership.
Identifies pockets of resistance and develops action plans for mitigation.
Appraises the Patient Access and Scheduling needs of ambulatory offices, designs, produces and/or implements adoption measurement tools.
Customizes and presents adoption reports to Executive leadership.

Change Management and Training- 75%
Leads the development and mentoring of the project team members and affected staff on essential change management skills.
Serves as a leader on the implementation team; trains on all new technology, independently addresses end-user adoption issues and proactively resolves them.
Leads the development and delivery of training curriculum to support project objectives.
Acts as a change agent within the organization and motivates end-user adoption.
Proactively develops adoption plans, in conjunction with clinicians and project teams; plans will focus on communications, training, coaching, sponsorship and resistance management to ensure 100% user adoption of the new technology and workflow implemented as part of the project.
Adheres to strict timelines.
Leads collaborative efforts between operational and project leaders, in forming and communicating the vision of positive and necessary change inherent to the implementation of the project.

Education: Bachelors degree required. Masters degree preferred.
