Managed Services Provision and Licencing Lead
Our client requires a Managed Services and Licencing Lead with proven experience of leading in the implementation of a Managed Services support framework.
This is a minimum 12 month contract located in Dublin.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

Quality assess how the service will operate from a process and staffing perspective which must align with an ITIL or an equivalent framework, including:

how the proposed a dedicated helpdesk for issue/incident management, which must be interoperable with the internal helpdesk, allow tracking and reporting on all issues;

how support will be provided for all system modifications and developments;

Work with Technology lead and Project Team to pro-actively pursue Managed Services and licencing project milestones and significant input into the quality assessment and business sign-off of work stream deliverables

Liaison with the Technology Lead and Project Team throughout the project to ensure Managed Service Provision and licence deliverables and plans meet the requirements and timelines of the project

Lead in the Managed Services cutover and stabilisation
Skills, Experience & Knowledge of Candidate
The Managed Services Lead will have the following skills:
-
5+ years' experience of Managed Services from a implementation perspective aligned with an ITIL or an equivalent framework, including service and demand capacity, licensing growth and Managed Services staffing profiles at various stages of the project working with senior management levels

5+years' experience in relation to support operations, including governance, managed service agreements, change management, configuration management, incident management, issue management, issue escalation, application support, development and continuous improvement management

A degree in information systems or computer science

Strong licencing knowledge across a number of domains including licensing compliance maintenance, verification; monitoring, operational reporting on user activity, upgrade services and required third party support agreements
