Service Delivery Manager (Infrastructure)
My financial client is currently hiring a Service Delivery Manager (Infrastructure) for a long term project and an initial contract until the end of the year.
As part of the data centre team the Service Delivery Manager (Infrastructure) is responsible for maintaining a team of nine employees with different functions. This team consists of a number of data centre designers, project managers and senior data centre professionals. This means distributing tasks, drafting reports for KPI's including chasing and adjusting the results. In case of absence to take over the responsible tasks of the team leader. One of the activities is to further develop and improve all the processes around data centres.
Experience
- Knowledge and experience with internal KPI reports (meta data), by translating input of data centres and the departments and MTs: Knock out
- Experience (minimum 2 years) and affinity with leading a team, functional management, managing team Knock out
- Experience with hardware infrastructure least 7 years' experience
- Affinity with data centres
- Banking or Financial domain
Required Skills:
- University graduate with a degree or Further studies in Business, IT or a related subject and/or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience gained through work experience
- Ideally, post-graduate qualification in Business, IT or a related subject
- 3-10 years' experience in a complex IT environment (may include experience with an IT software vendor)
- Substantial experience in technical areas [mainframe, midrange, security, tools and processes, networks, fixed
- And mobile voice, self-service devices, end user computing and Messaging and Groupware]
- Experience of the banking and financial services sectors or
- Experience working in a multi-vendor IT sourcing environment (preferred)
- Experience working with Individuals and teams from different cultures
- Substantial experience developing and Maintaining client/customer relationships
- Knowledge and Understanding of Data Centre Services Strategy
- Knowledge and Understanding of SDM Policies and Standards
- Operational Risk Awareness
- Knowledge and understanding of SDM Vendor Contracts and Agreements
- Knowledge of outsourcing concepts
- Knowledge of the ITIL Framework
- Knowledge and understanding of Distributed Computing Services Strategy
- Dutch and English speaker
