Description
An Oracle Sales Cloud Consultant is required for one of the UK's leading digital commerce solution providers and specialise in high-end E-commerce and eCRM design and implementation for the retail sector.
The Oracle Sales Cloud Consultant will be as part of a mixed team delivering a cloud-based CX solution covering Marketing, Sales & BI areas.
The successful Oracle Sales Cloud Consultant will have the following experience:
- 3 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud implementation
- Technical skills in Oracle Sales Cloud to take responsibility for Design, Development, Configuration, Data Import & Report Building in Oracle Sales Cloud BI (Analytics/BI Publisher)
- Experience in working for consultancy companies
- Prior experience in Oracle CRM On Demand or Oracle Siebel CRM implementations
- Implementation experience and in-depth knowledge around out-of-the-box Oracle Sales Cloud Data Model and Web Services API (SOAP and/or REST)
- Implementation experience and in-depth knowledge around out-of-the-box Oracle Sales Cloud Data Model and Web Services API (SOAP and/or REST)
- SME in CRM sales processes - with industry experience
- Experience in Datamodelling and functional configuration in Oracle Sales Cloud
- Out-of-the-box Oracle Sales Cloud Data Model
- Oracle Sales Cloud Core SFA, Territory Management, Quota Management, Data Quality Modules
- Oracle Sales Cloud Web Services API (SOAP and/or REST)
- Oracle Sales Cloud Extensibility Framework (including Groovy Script)
- Test Driven Development and unit testing
- Oracle Sales Cloud Certification
Responsibilities:
- Implementation, configuration & customization of Oracle Sales Cloud solutions for internal and customer based projects.
- Development, Integration and Deployment of customer functional specifications, site-specific customisations, behaviour troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
- Troubleshoot and debug deployment issues on customer implementations on-site in international locations, often in situations where little or no documentation exists.
- Participate in project meetings including post project analysis and provide insightful input and ideas and effectively communicate project status and challenges.
- Software performance analysis and improvement.
- Solid technical skills and knowledge, hands-on implementation capabilities, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, reliability and commitment to delivering quality and adding value.
