Description
Summary:- Designs, develops, and implements software packages.
- Troubleshoots, debugs and implements software code.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager.
- Packager needed to assist with AdminStudio 2015 implementation
- Contractor will use tools to get the software packaged and ready for deployment companywide among all business units and companies
Requirements:
- Experience with AdminStudio 2013 or later or similar packaging tools
- Experience with application packaging with MSI is a must
- Candidates should have a strong knowledge of registry
- 4-5 years of experience with Application packaging required
- Candidates should have excellent planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, are able to work independently and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with AdminStudio is a must
- May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 7-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (ie, SQL, C++, HTML, CGI and JavaScript).
- Experience packaging, re-packing or customizing software for installation and deployment
- Experience with application delivery product such as LANDesk (would be a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7 operating systems
- Strong knowledge of Windows registry
- Strong knowledge of security principles and the securing of Windows XP and Windows 7
- Experience with Scripting and automation tools
- Experience with application and desktop virtualization technologies (a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
- Must have good oral and written communications skills, excellent organizational and teamwork skills, and be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
