My client a leading global financial institution is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Scrum Master to join them on a contract basis of 12 months and longer in their city centre offices. You The will join one of my client leading technology team, based in Dublin and provide scrum master expertise for securitisation workstream in strategic platform that is intended to replace existing platforms.
My client is looking for the Scrum Master to Find techniques for effective Product Backlog management, you will creates forum for communicating vision, goals and Product Backlog items to the Team. Candidates will be responsible for Teaching the Team to create clear and concise Backlog items, this will also include facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
The Scrum Master will be required to Coach the Team in self-organization and cross-functionality, Teach and lead the Team to create high-value products, Remove impediments to the Team's progress, you will Coach the team in organisational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood as well as facilitate cross-team dependencies to aid the team's progress
The Scrum Master will be expected to perform Scrum duties to the organisation as a while as well as team and management, this will include leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption and planning Scrum implementations within the organisation. You will help employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development. You will cause change to increase the productivity of the Team. Candidates will comply with Bank policies for project delivery and you will work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organisation.
