ServiceNow Service Now integration Architect/Consultant - 6 months rolling - Denmark - Copenhagen
ServiceNow Service Now integration Architect/consultant We are currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant/Architect to start ASAP
(on a 6 month rolling contract) for my client based in Copenhagen, Denmark
ServiceNow Consultant/Architect should have experience in the following
Should have good understanding on ITIL processes
Understand technical and functional design knowledge from ServiceNow integration
interfaces with external ITSM tools
Should have thorough Knowledge hands on experience on the following modules
- Incident Management
- ServiceRequest Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
Should have good understanding of Web services using rest/soap API's and mandatory hands on experience in implementing integrations for incident, Service Request, Problem and Change.
Should have hand on coding experience using Java scripts for webservice based integrations.
Should be able to communicate effectively front facing customer
