Description
Our company delivers websites to doctors/health professions. We are looking for someone to prepare WordPress websites templates for each new customer and/or, to integrate our marketing plugins into our customer’s existing website.
WordPress experience and html experience needed.
Responsibilities:
Set up, customize and design pre-made, WordPress website templates.
Customer account set up.
Social media plugin set up.
Editing an updating html code.
Minor graphic skills needed (ability to create simple photoshop images).
Set up and install web forms and digital ‘plugins’ on third party, customer websites.
Service, update and troubleshoot customer websites and plugins.
All WordPress and plugin server and troubleshooting.
Manage projects through our online, ticket support system.
Requirements:
Personal computer with Internet access required. Work from home.
Skills:
Excellent multi-tasking skills.
Excellent technical skills (able to learn and master new software and web-based systems).
WordPress experience.
Knowledge of html code.
Graphic (Photoshop) skills helpful.
Ability to learn ticket tracking system and check on progress of requests until they are completed for customer
Super fast response time for customer inquiries and website set-ups.
Must be a fast learner with a positive attitude!
