Enterprise Architect, Togaf, Archimate, ABACUS
My client has a complex, highly integrated IT landscape that supports a variety of business lines. The design of the landscape is done by a team of architects. We need a strong Enterprise Architect who is able to work on Enterprise Architecture as well as Solution Architecture. The candidate will lead complex programs from an architecture perspective. He/she will have experience in working with Archimate and supporting tooling, preferably ABACUS.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills, proven experience with Service Oriented Architecture and a track record designing and implementing solutions for large complex business transition programs in the financial industry.
Responsibilities include:
- The development of the insurance capability within Asset Management from a business architecture.
- Application architecture and infrastructure perspective in Archimate.
- Facilitate the selection of the right application tools to support the Insurance capability and monitor the implementation of this application set.
- Steer a variety of suppliers and system integrators by providing clear direction to them to ensure compliance of deliverables with the Enterprise Architecture.
- Provide an architecture consultation to all stakeholders of the program that clearly positions the impact of the program in the Enterprise Big Picture
- Complete reference architectures, business capability models, transition state architecture solutions and value chains to support program planning activities.
The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (master's degree preferred), at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, 10+ years in IT and must have knowledge of and preferably be certified in TOGAF and Archimate, background in Insurance and preferable experience in financial services industry.
