Are you looking to gain commercial exposure to an international client?
An opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious organisations in the world based in Dubai has arisen for 3X Software Engineer Application Support candidates to work on a long term contract basis.
The position is for a 24x7 support staff to be working from user location on shifts (2 days and 2 nights 12-hour shift followed by 4 days off). The role will be a combination of activities involving application support, system monitoring, incident management, customer support & vendor management.
Key Skills
*Good understanding of Incident Management
*Client Server technology
*Various operating systems
*Database - SQL, PL/SQL
*Web and/or N-Tier architecture
*Broad understanding of applications support/development
Key responsibilities
*Investigate reported faults in operational production system
*Restore the services to normal
*Communicate and coordinate with appropriate team for resolution including changes & fixes.
