ServiceNow Developer
My client is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their ServiceNow Practise based in Copenhagen. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company and progress your career within ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customise ServiceNow - from determining scope, providing effort estimates, collecting requirements, design & development, testing, writing implementation plans, and execution of those plans.
- Develop and test ServiceNow Customisations including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom Scripting and third party software integrations.
- Translate business and functional requirements into ServiceNow system configuration requirements.
- Lead efforts to implement ServiceNow technical solutions necessary to automate processes and support the operation of end-to-end IT services and IT processes.
Key Requirements:
- Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset management, CMDB, Service Requests and SLM
- Content Management: - developing ESS page.
- UI Actions/UI policy/Access Control Lists, etc.
- Writing various Server Side scripts using Script Includes.
- Configured SACM and License Management module for necessary Compliance check.
- Used ACL's for controlling the security mechanism in ServiceNow
- Experience with Web technologies/AJAX
