Oracle Fusion Middleware Luxemburg 2 month initial contract.
We need you to have the following characteristics, knowledge, skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment:
- You have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in IT and more than 4 years' experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFMW) administration, Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and SOA
- You have experience installing and configuring WebLogic clusters with either version 11g or 12c; tuning WebLogic and SOA Suite 11g for optimal performance
- You have experience configuring Oracle RAC Services in Weblogic Datasources; JDBC connection pools and deploying Web services making use of them
- You have experience in Java J2EE development to understand infrastructure impact
- You have demonstrated ability to support clustered OFM in a production setting
- You have experience with WebLogic Scripting Language (WLST)
- You have sophisticated WLS and J2EE debugging skills
- You have in-depth knowledge of Oracle 9i to 11g with production support experience in a multi-project, multi-sites environment
- You have in-depth knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL including tuning
- You have Oracle performance and tuning skills including server configuration and tracing facilities
- You have Oracle Data Guard, RAC, ASM, RMAN, etc.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other languages would be an advantage
- You have the ability to build constructive and effective relationships
- You are a team player and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- You are self-motivated and like to take ownership
As Oracle Middleware Specialist, you will be the senior person responsible for installation, backup, performance tuning, break/fix. You will be responsible to identify and resolve independently WebLogic and SOA Suite related issues. You will provide 2nd and 3rd level support to internal clients as well as 3rd level support to external clients. You will ensure the stability, scalability and availability of the Client Server environment. You will be integrated in solution planning & decisions for infrastructure and server landscape design as well as internal projects.
- You will identify SOA-enabled solutions, deploying service enabled logic to Oracle BPEL Process Manager
- You will configure and administer Oracle Fusion Middleware infrastructure components, including and not limited to, Weblogic Suite, SOA Suite 11g (Adapters, BEPL, BAM, Business Rules, OSB, and OWSM)
- You will set up Weblogic and SOA Suite in the Test, PreProduction and Production Environment
- You will perform ongoing performance tuning, infrastructure upgrades and resource optimization
- You will support development team in development and performance testing oriented activities
- You will provide technical expertise on Oracle Database
- You will identify bottlenecks, and provide guidance on tuning and optimization of Oracle Database, the underlying OS (Oracle Linux) and storage
