Hello is looking for a UX Designer to join our award-winning team. Bring your passion and creativity, as well as your knowledge of the interfaces that make today’s digital tools work, from web, to apps, to retail kiosks. You’ll design interfaces and experiences for a range of digital mediums and use cases. Produce solutions that are both beautiful and effective. You’ll concept and create, while working with our technology team to realize your work. Hello’s UX Designers are curious problem solvers and systematic thinkers, with a passion for interactive and a deep understanding of user behavior. They see the big picture, push technical boundaries and consistently bring smart, fresh ideas to the table.Required Skills
- Design user-centric interfaces and seamless experiences, with project objectives and parameters in mind, from concept through completion
- Constantly explore and learn about evolving digital mediums and frameworks, bring curiosity and an open mind to multidisciplinary challenges
- Listen and consider the needs of each project, including client needs as well as user needs, behavior and interests; understand what provides value and seek to delight
- Translate vision and ideas into wireframes and prototypes; create fresh, tangible and systematic solutions that accomplish project goals
- Clearly communicate concepts to multifunctional team members as well as to clients
- Team up with fellow designers to help solve complex interaction problems
- Collaborate and communicate with developers to ensure flawless execution of your work
