Description
Oracle SCM/ ASCP Techno Functional Consultant:• 6-8 years of experience in Oracle ERP.
• Strong techno-functional expertise in ASCP.
• Techno functional skills in INV, WIP, BOM, OM and PO preferable
• Knowledge of other Oracle modules such as Oracle Projects and SOA preferable
• Provide 1st and 2nd line functional and technical support of the Oracle Supply chain modules in R12
• Extensive experience in Production support. Experience in service now or similar ticketing tool
• Flexible to provide support on-call and on early and late shifts.
• How to manage incidents and report bugs to 3rd party vendors such as Oracle.
• Excellent team player, with good customer/business communication skills
