Must have a U.S.A. business license with tax ID for IRS W-9. Our auditor and board of directors won’t let us do business with you without it. Prefer a freelancer in WA State.We need an immediate fix for a problem related to the 4.5 upgrade and/or visual editor. Then need ongoing tech support with occasional design work (such as adding a page using current formats or changing something that is beyond our capabilities).
