Your tasks:
- Execute data mining requests via IBM-Unica, the e-shop, SQL and business intelligence tools that deliver consumer insights and monetization opportunities in order to improve the customer journey
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate and on-time implementation of digital marketing campaigns
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of direct marketing communications utilising technical skills to derive insights for improved campaign and prospect/consumer data
- Analysis and optimisation of each stage of the customer lifecycle including e-commerce and consumer journey
- Drive the development and execution of strategic and tactical business requirements with other members of the cross functional team supporting the omni-channel strategy (including the order management system)
- Identify new areas of omni-channel opportunities beyond current organisational thinking
Your qualifications
- In-depth understanding of various digital consumer journeys based on a multi-channel approach including e-commerce
- Strong understanding of omni-channel and web architecture including call centre setup and integration
- Advanced analytics and performance enhancement skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work under pressure
- Project management of multiple complex projects ensuring key milestones, budgets and deadlines
- Fluency in German and English and strong communication skills
