For a project at our client site, a bank based here in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedSenior Windows Workstation Engineer w/ SCCM (3617)
In this exciting role, you will be required to take business requirements from product management, gather and take into the account all requirements related to bank enterprise architecture and answer them with technical solutions during the engineering process of new Windows10 build releases.
Your Qualifications
- At least 10 years Windows engineering
- Thorough knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows10)
- Knowledge and experience in system management and deployments software (SCCM)
- Knowledge of MSI and packaging methodologies
- Knowledge of PowerShell & VBS
- Knowledge of Windows Client deployment
- Knowledge of Active Directory, especially Group Policies
- Knowledge of WMI
- Experience of App-v based application troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows Server
- Previous experience of integration work
- Experience of Virtualizing Desktop Environment and Citrix technologies
- Knowledge of PKIs
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
Your Responsibilities:
- You will be involved in the optimization of the build and work in areas such as performance in the terms of speed to loading applications, overall performance, login times, policy load times, configuration management and vulnerability management.
- You will take a technical lead role in the specific area and will act as centre of competence for product management, architecture and engineering team.
