Description
Networkers International is a junior application support consultant for a long mission in the 92.
- Check incidents, problems and changes to meet established service level support
- Provide Tier 2 support for operational users of the deployed IT solutions
- Work closely with the support level 1 and ensure the integration and effectiveness of IT supports higher levels
- Analyze the process and functional requirements change requests for IT solutions.
- Transforming Problems & operational requirements change requests/improvement of IT solution from a functional point of view
- Update the design of IT solutions according to the evolutions of these
- Carry out and/or monitor testing, deployments, and the life cycle of deployed IT solutions
- Contribute to the implementation of weekly reporting and capitalization of database
- Minimum BAC +2 in supply chain or IT
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT in a logistics environment (spare parts, tranpsort), ideally in the functional support to logistics IT solutions and business analyst.
- Indispensable: TMS, EDI, Computer Network
