For our customer we are looking for a IT Governance Consultant.
Our customer is looking for a consultant with experience in IT Service Management for a large project which should identify and implement 5 services end-to-end in the Service Catalogue. The focus and output, is on the roadmap/target picture and how to achieve the Service Orientated approach in the infrastructure department.
Required skills include:
* Experience with establishing a service portfolio and service catalogue incl. service governance, service definitions, service architecture, service descriptions and relationships, service packs, service levels, service strategies, and service organisation, within a large size company
* Have the necessary resources to assist with the actual deployment and implementation, beyond the initial prepare and analyse phase.
* A a good generral understanding of the ITSM disciplines
* IT Project Management
* IT architecture
* Knowledge with regards to IT Service Management tools, ie Remedy and CMDB
* Experince working in all project phases including: preparation & analysis, Mgmt. decision and programme alignment, Planning and Implementation
