Mobile Games Solution Manager

Our client is a global brand in the telecoms industry. They are currently seeking to develop their European Game Center/Platform and are pursuing a key hire, initially on a long term contract with a view to potential permanent collaboration further into the future.
Main responsibilities:
In charge of product technical solution, business operation, marketing strategy & deployment for the client's mobile game center service in Europe.
Build and manage Game center team in Europe, and be responsible for the daily work of the team.
Push forward cross-region product R&D activities, business operation and building Business Intelligence capability with the support from local technical team.
Define and implement localized content sourcing, promotion, revenue sharing, payment and settlement according to European mobile game market characteristics, user's profiles and local research report.
Responsible for the target of game amount, users date, product activity, retention rate and revenue.
Requirements:
Familiar with the trend of game industry, has deep understanding of end customer's needs.
Familiar with European culture, mobile game market and local game companies and products.
Familiar with the process of mobile game design, develop and operation. Have successful experiences in planning, design or development of game products.
Good at game platform operation and management, has rich experience and successful story in areas of cooperation, content management/operation, marketing and team management.
