SAP OCM Consultant
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP OCM Concultant based in Saudi Arabia.

Duration: 8 months
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Must be local or have a valid work permit (IQAMA)
One of our clients in Saudi Arabia are looking for a SAP OCM Consultant
Requirements:
Training Material - Responsible of setting standards and ensuring quality on training documentation.
Has a deep experience on authoring tools, provides coaching and support to the Functional Teams.
Training Governance - Has a deep experience in Training Governance methods.
Responsible for Analysis and Assessment of training results.
Will support Project Manager in defining effective corrective measures to mitigate training gaps
Communication - Responsible to report Organizational Change Management Risks, Issues and solution strategies to the Steering Committee and other Senior Stakeholders
User/Role Management - Will mentor the Customer's OCM responsible the for the identification of the future End-user Base.
Will ensure the quality and consistency of the User/Role assignment process, liaising Core-Team-Members for GRC aspects and IT for Role Segregation.
Will provide recommendations for the SAP Best Practices in Role Segregation and SOX/SOD Risk Analysis, Remediation and Mitigation
Organizational Impact Analysis - Will capture and classify Organizational Impacts, providing reports and suggestions to the Senior Stakeholders for the mitigation.
Stakeholder Management - Will conduct periodical pulse checks to verify the Organizational Alignment and Readiness
