Credit Risk Analyst - Contract Opportunity - Wolverhampton
My client is looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to join their Mortgage Credit Risk team.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years analysis using SAS (knowledge of SAS Macros will be advantageous).
- The successful candidate must be used to dealing with large volume of data across multiple systems and be able to quickly understand new systems.
- The candidate must have the ability to evaluate trends, KPIs and MI to provide early warning for credit risks.
- Comfortable to lead portfolio analysis by applying strong analytical and economics principles where required, to identify and evaluate portfolio credit risk, providing recommendations to amend front book/new lending strategies and credit policies.
- Actively look to provide solutions and recommendations from the results of analysis
- Knowledge of credit risk management of new lending strategies Experience of Mortgage acquisition or exposure to Buy to Let portfolios would be advantageous.
