Description
Summary- Support in the creation of standard metrics that provide overall status and progress related to schedule, budget, resources and deliverables.
- Metrics to be developed during the Project Planning activity.
- Core metrics that will be monitored include: Deliverable/schedule variance; budget variance; work effort variance (earned vs. burned); estimated time to complete; and estimate at completion.
- Manage team logistics including meeting invitations, conference rooms, and meals
- Facilitate team meetings as needed
- Upload documentation and maintain team calendar on team SharePoint
- Follow up with team on action items past due
- Consolidate documents
- Capture meeting minutes
- Send out team communications
- Sharepoint Development (Sharepoint skills required)
- Coordinate facility enhancements as required
- Coordinate travel arrangements for core team (flights, trains, hotels, rental cars, etc.)
- Manage travel expenses and submit Concur expense reports for core team
