A Multimedia Developer with Adobe Creative Suite toolsets and Adobe Flash Professional/Autodesk 3D Studio Max experience. Is required to work on a seven month contract with the possibility of extension, for our Defence client based in Preston

Overview of the Multimedia Developer contract role
Due to an increasing workload there is a requirement for x2 Senior Multimedia Developers (Grade E) to support the existing Full time team of ten (inc. Manager) and two other subcons in developing media content. Media is used in electronic training products (aka Courseware) for our military air platform customers.
Therefore, the ability to discuss and understand technical content (ie 2d engineering drawings) supplied by both Aircrew and Maintenance Training Specialists is key to translating this into effective training content.
Key skills required for the Multimedia Developer
- The use of Adobe Creative Suite toolsets with Photoshop and Illustrator to an expert level is required as a minimum with advanced experience of Adobe Flash Professional and/or Autodesk 3D Studio Max.
- All applicants must be fully PC literate and have good MS Office 2010 skills. Good communication skills, both aural and written.
The role is based in Preston, Lancashire - commutable from Blackpool, Lancaster, Morecambe, Chorley, Leyland, Blackburn, Darwen, Burnley, Skipton, Stockport, Manchester, Warrington, Wigan, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale and Oldham with excellent access from Liverpool and Leeds
