Experience Required
1. More than 10 years working in the FTTx/ODN design or OSP implementation;
2. Experience in working on global work environment and coordination of global resources;
3. Expert level Knowledge of PON technologies and Passive products like Closures,Splitters,TB and so on;
4. Proficient with Auto CAD, MS work, Excel, Powerpoint and GIS;
5. Structure methodology for problem solving;
6. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills/techniques. Good command on written and spoken English;
Skills/Knowledge
ODN Design Operations(design,planning,optimization)
Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers as well as with various internal units .
Good command in English (writing,speaking,understanding)
Open-mind, flexible, innovative, structured, logic, hard-worker ..
Availability for on-call work schedule,night work.
Responsibilities
1. Identify the customer requirement and propose solution to address customer requirement
2. Able to provide end to end solution as per the actual situation and take responsibility for implementation of Proposed solution.
3. Single Point of Contact(SPOC) for communication with customer to manage all the technical aspects
4. Coordination with internal teams like OSP, ISP and FTTX active team for implementation of Proposed solution;
5. Find the solution for the OSP and ISP problems that arising during the implementation;
6. Identify and negotiate the third party solution in support of issues solving;
