Description
We are seeking an Insight manager for our leading marketing agency for an initial 3-month contract based in Nottingham. This would be working closely with a global brand and leading a team of highly skilled analysts to deliver a large scale project.
Your responsibilities will be
*To Manage a team of highly skilled analysts and be able to deliver accurate insight to support our key clients
*Work with the account team to prepare insight plans to ensure they meet client expectations.
*Support the business line for growth and new opportunities
*Be different and deliver innovations and new ideas within the data, insight and analysis market
*Programme KPI'S and work with account teams to support account objectives
*Develop relationship with their key client promoting the agency to further drive recommendations
Skills & Experiences
*High experience of data and CRM management
*Technical skills of SQL query building
*Educated to degree in business or marketing
*Experience in managing a team in a CRM environment
*Experience of managing analysts/specialists
*Communication skills for coaching and team management
*A hands on attitude to working on a team environment
