Salesforce Developer
Our client in Belgium have a Salesforce Developer role the ideal candidate must have:
- Experience in implementing configuring, customizing Salesforce.com instance (minimum 200 users); Must be well versed in Enterprise Edition or above
- Play the role of a Service Max Admin
- Play active role in prioritization of user stories; grooming the backlog; stakeholder management
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for end-user community. Provide CRM expertise to sales & marketing teams to streamline, automate, and standardize core business processes on SFDC platform
- Responsibilities include design business process, partnering on configuration, customization, user provisioning, data migration, and report/dashboard design
- Experience in Service Max & ability to perform configurations and migrations
- Formal Salesforce.com training; SFDC certified
- Strong analytical, detail driven, and problem solving skills
- Strong influencing skills; Strong documentation and training skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
