IT Project Manager (HR Domain)

My very large client is currently hiring a Dutch speaking IT Project Manager (HR Domain) for a long term project. The initial contract will be for 6 to 12 months with option for renewal thereafter based on performance of the IT Project Manager (HR Domain). The IT Project Manager (HR Domain) will be working in a popular European location and enjoy an excellent rate of pay. Responsibilities:

The project "HR Reporting" is part of the roadmap of the new HR implementation program. This program brings new tools, new methods, customized processes and policy frameworks for HR within the Company. In this context, the current old PeopleSoft application is migrated to a PeopleSoft 9.2 environment. Within this program there are several tracks, including one regarding the reporting.

  • Simplification of the current complex reporting landscape
  • Work on Reporting requirements starting with As-Is and concluding To-Be
  • To establish a governance model regarding new applications and amendments to reports and KPIs.

Experience required:

  • Senior IT Project Manager with 6+ years of project management experience and 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in Managing Project(s) with multiple stakeholders and a complex roadmap
  • Strong analytical skills, able to understand complexity of technology, reporting requirements and program Roadmap
  • Experience with Data Warehouse and Reporting in an HR environment
  • Experience as a BI analyst is a necessity
  • Experience with package implementations, preferably from PeopleSoft, is an asset.
  • Affinity with both IT and HR, able to build a bridge between business and IT
  • Strong communication and Good negotiation skills, client facing role

Must be Fluent in Dutch and English. knowledge of French is an asset.
