8-10 Telecoms experience OSS experts (Ericsson/Huawei etc) having IT background as well Strong Support, troubleshooting, O&M experience high level NOC/BO Operations.
Should be able to drive and contribute in transformation of contemporary NOC tools like: Ericsson's Remedy/FACTS on Trouble ticketing system Huawei old WFM, FM, PM tools to New Huawei Operations Based Web Services (OWS) tools for (Work Force Management), (Fault Management) tools deployment in West Africa region
