An exciting opportunity for an ICT Quality Expert is available in Stockholm, one of the five fastest growing cities in Europe and the most populous city in the Nordic countries.
This position is initially offered for a period of 100 days, with possible extensions.
The successful candidate will carry out improvements in the area of Product Maintenance, IT Governance and Quality Management.
General competencies and skills
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance and control
- In-depth experience with quality procedures
- Experience in training of CMMI principals to high level managers and experts
- Experience in process definition and implementation related tasks related to organisation change (eg: Organisation of the testing, )
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing studies
- Strong capacity to give high level presentations
- Ability to apply high quality standards
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator
- Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment
Required proficiency in Information technologies
- Proficiency of testing methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in COBIT, VAL-IT and CMMI
- Good knowledge of information systems life cycle
- Good knowledge in IT consulting matters
- Knowledge in Project Management tools (Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge in Unified Modelling Language (UML)
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (eg SCRUM)
- Ability to train/coach in COBIT and VAL-IT Principles
Education and work Experience
- University degree with minimum 6 years of experience in IT OR non university degree with minimum 12 years of experience in IT
- Minimum 4 years of IT professional experience
- Strong experience in IT Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Hands on experience in IT Governance models and implementations
- Proven work experience as COBIT, VAL-IT and CMMI expert for a minimum of 10 year experience ideally certified
- Proven experience with quality procedures (eg ISO 10006:2003)
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 quality standards
- Knowledge of testing standards (eg ISO 17015), methodologies and tools
- Certifications on areas of Product and Project Management, IT Governance and Quality Management are an asset
