Channel Sales Executive (OEM) - Reading - Initial 12 Month Contract - £40K/£44Kpa

Our Client, a Global Technology company, is seeking a Channel Sales Executive to be based in Reading on an initial 12 Month contract.

Responsibilities:
Manage in region, unmanaged partner growth in Embedded devices and cloud with IoT Device Experience marketing and sales related activities.

The Channel Executive will be expected to:

*Achieve revenue and share targets
*Increase revenue and share of our modern Embedded products
*Increase aggregate number of unmanaged OEMs that are engaged in our IoT business
*Engage with Distributor sales force and our regional sales teams to ensure opportunities proceed
*Collaborate across our teams including policy, Technical support, Legal, and Operations to mitigate issues and escalations
*Strong team player and collaborator
*Work with Global Breadth lead and Regional Directors/sales teams to ensure revenue and license targets are met through unmanaged OEMs
*Demonstrated ability to develop and execute tactical and operational plans and the ability to work and drive influence in a matrixed environment
*Efficiently manage partner portfolio and pipeline of deal opportunities and generate quality field based feedback that helps to influence pricing schemes, business practices and generally helps to beat revenue objectives
*Strong communication skills: ability to manage complex partner issues effectively, strong focus on accountability, performance and execution and delivery, and growing a diverse partner relationship Matrix)
*Strong process and operational skills
*Demonstrate excellent business management including pipeline coverage and ensure local internal partnership that improves forecast accuracy
*Ensure distributor engagement with registered designs to maximize results and return on investment
*Work with distributor to ensure coordinated OEM account coverage and strategies

Net new CLA's Signed and aggregate increase in total Breadth OEMs

Best candidate has 5+ years of experience selling hardware, preferably connected to a distribution model.
