Proteus Europe is searching for a Operating Service Administrator for one of our clients based in Surrey.

This is an 11 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Your New role :-

The role will be to maintain, monitor and support customer accounts for the online training solution.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Working with established partners, to provide support on company systems.
- Aid end users with their technological issues, understanding knowledge levels and tailoring approaches appropriately.
- Monitoring system issue status.
- Managing customer user accounts.
- Supporting Contents / Courses / Exams / Survey registrations
- Providing add-hoc and regular base report to customer.
- Providing System Training for Customers
- Maintaining Notification of Solution issues
- Providing User/Operation Manual to Customers
- Maintain Solution system configuration and data uploads.
- 3-5yrs or equivalent work experience in Solution Support experience.

Your Skills and experience :-

Essential Skills :-
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

- Experience supporting Customer service with Solution package
- Good MS Office package skill (MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point etc)
- Fluent in English - Both written and spoken.

Desirable Skills :-
- Experience of Web Site/Service planning and Operation
- Experience providing training to customers
- IT Trend (Web/Mobile) - Knowledge of.
- Worked within Korean cultural environment.
