Create new sites and configure apps for users based on their request

Train site owners on how to update sites

Maintain user groups and permissions

Coordinate with users to order replacement equipment and new licenses

Build, image and install new Thin Client machines

Create and upload content for lobby displays

Provide user support for hardware and display issues
Other IT Support:
Office 365 Administration

Create new Office 365 accounts, unlock accounts and reset passwords

Use EAC and FIM to create/maintain resources, agency contacts and distribution/security groups and grant Intranet access to end user.

Create user training material and document new processes

Unlock AD accounts and reset passwords
ARCOT administrator for VPN access.

Update AD for security groups and email addresses for VPN.

Work tickets in Remedy and SolarWinds assigned to you or enter them for a customer.
