Oracle Developer

Warsaw

Initial 6 months contract

Oracle Developer performs data modelling, database design/development and provides production support for Oracle Applications Providing Oracle development technical expertise for other IT team members in resolving project related issues and be an advocate in following best business practices in delivering IT solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing and developing solutions and supporting multiple Oracle based Extract Transform Load applications.
  • Working closely with Business users in analysing their requirements, consults with other team members in developing new applications using variety of IT tools.
  • Promoting Business Intelligence (BI) concepts and tools within the company and migrating existing reporting infrastructure to BI.
  • Generating Ad-hoc Queries, Analytic reports and creating data fixes in resolving issues.
  • Maintaining appropriate documentation and following SDLC policy

Requirements

  • Deep Oracle Applications related development experience with variety of tools
  • Advanced development and troubleshooting skills using SQL, PLSQL and Shell Scripts
  • Must have a strong functional knowledge of data migration ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes
  • Deep understanding of OPL Inventory Systems
  • Legacy Systems include KSP-Pastel, Seztel, Inventory.CL, NGI, ZUES (Energetyka)
  • Worked as a System Analyst, Developer or DBA
  • Polish and English (written and spoken)
