High tech IT Security MSSP based in Plano, TX - remote work OK.If you are a
- Rock star Django/Python developer
- Know/love/understand AWS, ELK, and Docker
- Would love to get into (or perhaps already have) Mobile Development as a side project
You belong here. In two quarters we already have 50 enterprise customers and > $1M of annual recurring revenue. We expect to be GAAP profitable end of this year or Q1 2016. We aren't even marketing yet and our business is exploding.
Things we look for in you:
- Incredible amount of agility
- You get to change whatever you don't like - but you don't get to complain
- Ability to keep up with the pace
We believe in the philosophy that 1 great developer is worth 10 average ones. Since we are VERY close to profitability already, the equity should be VERY valuable. We have developers in Paris, Chicago, Dallas, Maine, and Pennsylvania (all full time employees).
Our personal goal is to allow the first few developers to cash out with substantial equity after 4 years. However, we need some rock stars to help get us there. If you couldn't pass a Facebook or Google interview, then you probably aren't a good fit.
We receive a lot of resumes, so unless you've done production code in Python/Django, you probably won't get a response.
