Configuration management
As Configuration Manager you will be responsible for securing the quality of IT infrastructure releases. You will lead and manage the Configuration Management work with an end-to-end perspective in the integration area. The role of Configuration Manager is to establish, implement and manage configuration control, change tracking and traceability between changes and configuration items. You will lead the Change Control Board meetings and ensure that stakeholders are in focus when approving new or changed functionality or requirements. You will also be part of developing the Configuration Management function further.
To be successful in your role we believe that you have:
ITIL/process knowledge.
Experience of Configuration Management within the IT infrastructure area.
Knowledge of industry market trends and development in concerned areas.
Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and change management.
Experience of taking lead in different situations, operational and strategic.
Experience of working with large IT landscape and global organizations.
Ability to lead and drive the assignment to contribute to the goals and deliverables of the unit.
Knowledge in IBM Rational Collaborative Lifecycle Management tool is a merit.

Collecting requirements from the Technical Specialists and adding components in following areas: - Network - Storage - Middleware - Database Tools used Remedy suite and Atrium Discovery and CMDB.
