Description

IIE’s TechWomen program seeks a developer to create an online platform for program participants and other stakeholders to engage with each other, access program information and stay informed about program activities. We envision the online platform will serve as a one-stop shop for all TechWomen stakeholder needs, knowledge management, events coordination, surveys and feedback, and a searchable user profile database. We plan to launch the finished platform by August 15, 2016.

We are requesting proposals from qualified providers for the work involved in this project. The details of the services requested, requirements for submission and evaluation criteria are available here: http://www.iie.org/What-We-Do/Our-Procurements/Solicitations-For-Goods-and-Services

Proposals are due no later than May 23, 2016 at 5:00 PM PDT.

We would appreciate an expression of interest by May 15, as well, if you intend to submit a proposal.

TechWomen online platform goals:

  • Provide an official calendar of events with links to Google maps and other details as necessary;
  • Facilitate communication amongst participants and Mentors for event coordination;
  • Highlight professional events and cultural activities that the TechWomen community organizes, capturing RSVPs;
  • Capture feedback after events through built-in survey tools;
  • Enable participants to access important documentation through a repository;
  • Provide user profiles within a searchable database.
