Senior Project Manager (m/f)

Description

• Account for project plan with tasks relating to the feasibility study, analysis of the process, discussion with vendors, capture of requirements from business, and document the results and further steps
• Project documentation: ID cards, PIDs/project charter, plans, status reports, presentations, etc.
• As-Is and To-Be documentation of business requirements, processes, systems, and specifications
• Account for functional requirements, functional design, technical designs, if appropriate
• Manage fully tested and working web content management system for customer use
• Support defined and in place model before roll out of the project
• Manage all assigned initiatives including refinement and coordination of project governance processes
• Manage the projects effectively according to the triple-constraint of “scope-time-resource”
• Migrate content from old to new platform
• Maintain user manual and perform training of end users

• Proven skills in the Project Management area: planning, organizing, resourcing with a careful attention to detail
• Ability to promote best practices, advise on improvements, independently perform research, and apply information from a broad range of sources
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, advocate, motivate, resolve conflict, and adapt relevant leadership styles to a variety of situations
• Strong experience in programme/project planning, management and successful delivery
• Experience with successfully implementing, supporting and migrating Web CMS solution
• Demonstrated professional experience in designing digital strategies
• Experience in drafting RFP for Web CMS implementation targeted at integration partners
• Application architecture experience on SOA environment, including related technical architecture, application development, middleware, database management, and operations
