For a longer term project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for aGerman speaking Senior IT Project Manager Banking - Application Delivery (3751)
Skills we are looking for:
- Minimum 7 year experience as a Senior Project or Program Manager for large scale and high complex projects (approx. > 5 Mio CHF investment) with cross divisional or international project scope, preferably in global companies within the financial industry.
- Background in client facing online technologies (e.g. eBanking / client portals).
- Profound IT knowledge in financial service institutions with expertise in application development. Hands-on experience in multiple project roles is a plus.
- Sound financial services knowledge with deep understanding of business end-to-end processes.
- Experience in international organizations, fluent in English, German a plus
- PMI PMP certification
- Experience with end-to-end delivery of project objectives (scope, time, budget)
- Project history with the creation of Business Case development in collaboration with Program Managers, Account Managers, Business Stakeholder and Subject Matter Experts
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of an IT project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
- Manage the business cases and IT project for the assigned areas (e.g. planning and contributing to e-banking and mobile roadmap)
- Ensuring business requests are effectively assigned and efficiently executed in IT projects
- Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
- Setup and launch of projects by leveraging synergies between functional streams and Business Cases
- Align business development, regulatory, innovation and technical strategies as well as requests
- Reporting on launch, monitoring of project deliverables
- Ensure compliance to standards and regulations
- Embed Risk Awareness by designing and operating an effective control environment, proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation.
