Description

For a global client in the Netherlands we are looking for a pro-active WebSphere support analyst with a strong character.

As the successful WebSphere Support Analyst you will:

  • Provide 2nd line functional and technical application support.
  • Monitor the production systems and identify and solve any incidents within the agreed time spans.
  • Understand the business process and be able to support the end users with questions.
  • Escalate issues to the vendor or reroute them to the support teams of other business lines.

Ideally, you will have at least 3 years working experience within functional and technical application support. We need you to be experienced with maintaining contacts with users.

Systems & Product experience:

  • E-trading support; Portal support and Functional support
  • WebSphere Application Server 7.x, 8.x;
  • WebSphere portal 8.x and Java technology;
  • WebSphere MQ;
  • Unix/Linux 5;
