Description
Oracle SME Consultant
The Oracle SME will provide subject matter expertise about the Oracle suite of products which will be used to deliver the Customer Proposition and Loyalty Proposition as part of the Loyalty/Integrated Marketing Management building block.
Have experience of designing and implementing Oracle Marketing products including:
Oracle Responsys, Oracle Bluekai, Oracle Social Cloud, Oracle Marketing Resource Management
Experience in design and delivery of service-oriented architectures and software development processes such as Agile
Ability to make recommendations on whether configuration or development is required to meet the business requirements
Demonstrable experience in the elicitation & specification of architectural and non-functional requirements for Oracle Products.
A thorough understanding of customer decision journeys and personas and how to design solutions based on predefined marketing/loyalty strategies
Experience working with Oracle Solutions Lab/sandbox environments
Knowledge and experience of customer engagement, marketing and loyalty best practice and trends
Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure effective engagement with SMEs during development
Participating in the design of Oracle solutions to meet specific agreed business requirements
Conducting fit-gap analysis to ensure the tools can meet agreed business requirements
Providing SME knowledge and guidance to the Solutions/Technical Architects, Business Analysts and Developers on Oracle products
Supporting the documentation of solution architecture using the format provided
Supporting the Architects to analyze if the technical design meets business requirements and aligns across all Building Blocks
Supporting and working with Third Party Suppliers who design, build and test their elements of the solution
Participating in design reviews and commenting on the overall suitability of the design to meet the business requirement
Assisting the Test Work Stream with any specific Oracle knowledge required in the triage of issues during their testing work
Assisting the CRM Programme Manager and Building Block Owners and Project Managers in IT stakeholder management relating to Oracle products
Support the development of Media Marketing Optimisation approaches and tools when/if specific Oracle related knowledge is required
Assist the Project Manager in engaging Third Party Suppliers (Oracle) and Cross Programme Building Blocks to provide their estimates and plans that support the development of the delivery plan - for elements relating to Oracle products
Assist the Project Manager with developing the implementation and release plan for all elements relating to Oracle products
