UK - Facilities Maintenance Technician Greater Manchester Area
This is a mobile role working Monday to Friday (40 hour week). + overtime
Responsibilities will include the following:
Carrying out routine planned maintenance and reactive repairs to ensure efficient and effective operation of all plant and equipment within building stock under area.
Participating with supervisor and other management teams in communications, team talks etc.
Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with Work Instructions, Safe Working Practices and Method Statements ensuring relevant paperwork is completed in an accurate timely manner.
Ensuring reactive tasks are responded to within the requirement of the service level specification.
To be flexible on work location and participate in the emergency on call rota (if applicable) At the moment they will not be part of the on call rota.
Ensuring planned tasks are undertaken in accordance with the maintenance plan.
Carrying out gas and mechanical works
CRB clearance essential
Driving license and vehicle required - Millage will be paid via expenses.
Gas Safe qualification essential
Working safely, ensuring the safety and well being of yourself, colleagues, customers and visitors.
