Job Tile: Interim Director of Digital Analytics
Location: North Surrey
Contract: 3-6 months
We are currently recruiting for our client which is a number one company in the high tech sector, based in Surrey. The end client is building up a team and doubling the size of this their digital department and they are looking for candidates that have been instrumental in change and made an impact in their previous positions. The persons applying must have proven working experience in the sectors of electronic goods. Mobile phones and white goods.
The requested strong skill set will consist of e-commerce, analytics, big data and digital data.
•Responsible for data analytics across Europe
•Good influencer, to work with/travel to Korea to influence to get access to tools in Europe, to help improve set-up
•Help recruit replacement + build in-house team capability (maybe explore outsourcing and shared service centre as well)
•Collaborate with HQ to get access to complete Adobe Cloud toolset in Europe
•Review tools set-up (fix old code, implement tracking, etc.)
•Integration tools to fix data and reporting gaps
•Review and fix tagging on .com platform
•Work with retailers, pureplayers on tagging and joint analytics
•Tracking of checkout events and errors
•Deliver standard reporting across Europe for all key digital metrics
•Implement shared service across Europe
•Define DMP strategy with Adobe for personalisation across all channels
•Define Optimisation strategy with Adobe Target
•Set-up performance trading process
•Develop advanced attribution modelling
•Investigate advanced analytics tools
•Investigate predictive analytics strategy and tools.
