Job Tile: Interim Director of Digital Acquisition
Location: North Surrey
Contract: 3-6 months
We are currently recruiting for our client which is a number one company in the high tech sector, based in Surrey. The end client is building up a team and doubling the size of this their digital department and they are looking for candidates that have been instrumental in change and made an impact in their previous positions. The persons applying must have proven working experience in the sectors of electronic goods. Mobile phones and white goods.
The requested strong skill set will consist of e-commerce, analytics, big data and digital data.
•Responsible for defining the overall digital acquisition strategy for Europe, and working in matrix across Europe to increase best practice and revenue/profit
•Help recruit long-term replacement
•Build in-house capability at EHQ for SEO, Affiliates, etc.
•Work closely to Media team, Media agency and 3rd party partners (Google, Facebook, etc.) to drive a profitable Digital Acquisition strategy across Europe subsidiaries (PPC, Display, etc.)
•Manage all relevant agencies to deliver against agreed KPIs
•Matrix manage all acquisition resources in Subsidiaries against agreed KPIs
•Help build lifetime value model and value segmentation with, CRM team, CMI team and Finance
•Use Lifetime Value model to deliver profitable Acquisition strategy
•Deliver creative 'always on' digital acquisition campaigns
•Work closely to US to 'steal and re-use with pride'
•Work closely to HQ in Korea to build relationships, governance and best practice
•Deliver quick wins as well (i.e. landing pages, etc.).
