For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedGerman speaking Business Analyst Banking (non-IT) - Credit Risk Area (3753)
We are offering an exciting business analysis position within Risk Strategic Change. The unit supports the business division Chief Risk Officers and the Firm Wide Risk functions with best-in-class services to effectively and efficiently deliver Change-the-Bank projects. They act as the essential conduit between business stakeholders in Risk and the IT delivery functions, at various levels of seniority and across geographical locations. The Department ensures maximum added value by closely working with the business stakeholders to understand and interpret their needs and to stringently prioritize the resources. The partnership is with the IT service providers to ensure that optimal solutions are specified, designed, tested and implemented.
The ideal candidate would have the following skills and qualifications:
- German at least B2 level
- Strong track record in business analysis
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience in process management / design
- Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, highly organized and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of IT (SQL, experience in database) and banking processes
- Risk experience and understanding of our clients environment would be a plus
- Understanding and experience of implementing regulatory projects in a large bank would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
- Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
- Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
- Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
- Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
- Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
