One of our leading financials/tech clients urgently requires a Senior Application administrator with Oracle database and Linux Windows platforms experience.
The successful Senior Application administrator with Oracle database and Linux Windows platforms experience will have the following skills & experience;
General knowledge/experience:
- Application administrator Oracle database and Linux Windows platforms
- Experience with Oracle databases, preferably DBA experience (for performance tuning, applying version control on configuration and PL/SQL procedures);
- Experience with COTS ERP system, understanding the software stack components (including Apache Tomcat, IIS, web-tier)
- Experience with version control tool and Windows (Powershell)/Unix Scripting (bash)
- At least bachelor grade or similar

ETL processes, LCM/upgrading COTS applications
Job description
A new COTS application is to be implemented by our client. For this application deployments through DTAP based on a version control tool needs to be implemented, where configuration is stored in Oracle. Both technical aspects, as process support is involved.
Contract: 6 to 12 months
Location: Amsterdam
